About Jim Corbett Tour Package

Jim Corbett National Park, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas in Uttarakhand, is one of the most renowned wildlife sanctuaries in India. Established in 1936 as Hailey National Park and later named after the famous hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett, the park is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Spread across more than 500 square kilometers, it is home to a rich diversity of flora and fauna, including over 600 species of birds, 50 species of mammals, and an abundance of reptiles. Most notably, the park is renowned for its population of the majestic Bengal tiger, making it a key destination for those seeking to witness these elusive creatures in their natural habitat. The lush forests, grasslands, and riverine belts provide a picturesque backdrop to the thrilling jungle safaris that the park offers. Visitors often find themselves immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings, where nature thrives in its purest form.
In addition to tigers, Jim Corbett National Park boasts a variety of wildlife species including leopards, elephants, deer, and wild boars. The park is divided into five different zones, each offering unique experiences for tourists. The Dhikala Zone, known for its vast grasslands and scenic beauty, is one of the most sought-after zones for safaris. Whether it’s the thrilling jeep safaris through dense forests or tranquil boat rides along the Ramganga River, the park offers adventure at every turn. For bird lovers, the park is a paradise, with species like crested serpent eagles, kingfishers, and fish eagles frequently spotted. Jim Corbett’s rich biodiversity and breathtaking landscapes make it more than just a wildlife sanctuary—it’s a place where travelers can connect deeply with nature, feel the rush of spotting wildlife in the wild, and leave with memories of an unforgettable adventure in the Indian wilderness.
